Sorry, we are sold out on “Festival Foods”! So, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FOOD TRUCKS, SNOW CONES, COTTON CANDY, ETC.  Basically, if you’re product is meant to be consumed at the festival, we are sorry, but we’re booked.  If your food product is packaged for retail sales, such as syrups, jerky, jams & jellies, please still submit your application!

Rules

Booths are 10’X 10’. No exhibitor can display his or her booth with any products, equipment, or merchandise of any kind that is not included in the booth rental contract description. Only 2 people per booth are covered under booth rental. Please provide a table (s) to display or sell your items, as well as chairs. You may set-up as early as 6 P.M. (to 10:00 P.M.) on Friday, April 19th, 2024 ** Vendors may also set up on Saturday April 20th, from 8-10 am.

** Please note that while the vendors area is near premises, we will have no security personnel on-site during the overnight hours. Neither the facility, nor the Breakfast Rotary Club will be responsible for any damages or theft during the overnight hours.

Requirements
Food Vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club as additional insured for $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence. This Certificate must be submitted with a completed application. Fire extinguisher will require at ALL sites.
